RETURNS

We value each and every one of our Kinney customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason your item is unsuitable, please follow the steps below to process your return:

 

1. Contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)

2. Return item via Post. We recommend sending with Tracking & Signature on delivery, as we cannot be responsible for any packages that do not reach our offices. Please include RA# on outside of package. 

3.  Orders must be returned within 14 Working Days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 Working Day policy we will not be able to process your return.

Please ensure all returns are in original/unworn condition with all tags attached. 

 

 Terms: 

No Exchanges, Credit Notes & Refund only. 

Sale items can be returned for Credit Note only. 

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method & you will receive notification once this has been completed. Your Bank may take 3-5 business days to process your refund.
