- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Kinney.
- We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Kinney cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.
- 'Sale' items cannot be returned unless faulty. They can be returned for online credit to the value of the item/s, not including shipping.
- Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed through your original payment method & you will receive notification once this has been completed. Your Bank may take 3-5 business days to process your refund.
To return your item -
1. Contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)
2. Return item via Post with RA Number & your name listed on the package.
3. Orders must be returned within 14 Working Days from the day you received it.
Please note, all items included in the Warehouse Sale are final sale. We cannot offer any returns or exchanges for these items.
