RETURNS

We value each and every one of our Kinney customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren’t happy, please follow the steps below to process your return:

 

1. Contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#)

2.  Once you have received your RA# from our team, please fill in your Return Slip (incl. in your original package) and post it back with your order. 

3.  Orders must be returned within 14 Working Days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 Working Day policy we will not be able to process your return.

 

 

We do not offer Exchanges. Only Credit notes and Refunds. 

We only allow Credit notes on Sale Items, not Refunds.
