We value each and every one of our Kinney customers and want you to be happy with your purchase.
We accept returns 14 days from date of delivery with the following conditions: 
 
  • We accept returns on full price items for a full refund or online credit note. 
  • Items purchased during a temporary promotion (i.e. Singles Day, Click Frenzy, etc.) are eligible for an online credit note if returned.
  • Sale items can be returned for online Credit only. 
  • No return on items that are reduced by 50% or more, unless deemed faulty. 
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Kinney. 
  • We recommend sending your return via traceable courier and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Kinney cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.
  • No return on face masks.
  • Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee.
  • Refunds will be processed through your original payment method & you will receive notification once this has been completed. Your bank may take 3-5 business days to process your refund.

2. Return item with RA Number & your name listed on the package
3. Orders must be returned within 14 business days from delivery
