Our Express Shipment cut-off with Australia Post for Pre-Christmas delivery is Tuesday 17th December.

Our amazing Warehouse Team will be taking a short break from dispatching orders from Monday 23rd December - Wednesday 1st January 2025. Orders placed during this time will be shipped from Thursday 2nd January, 2025. 

We ship express 1-4 days for delivery with Australia Post

Orders are processed daily. All orders placed before 1pm ACST will be processed and shipped. Orders after this cut-off will be processed the next business dispatch day. If you require your order to be dispatched ASAP, please email our team at customercare@kinney.com.au with your order number and we will do our best to accomodate your request. 

Some delays may be experienced during sale periods or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

International Shipping

We ship express worldwide 1-5 days for delivery with DHL

All orders placed before 11am ACST will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after this time.

Some delays may be experienced during sale time or new season launches.
