WE SHIP EXPRESS WITH AUSTRALIA POST NATIONALLY.

Order placed before 1pm will ship same-day.  

Orders after this cut off will be processed the next dispatch day. If you require your order to be dispatched asap, please email our team at hello@kinney.com.au with your order number and we will do our best to accomodate your request. 

Some delays may be experienced during peak sale time or public holidays - we apologise for any inconvenience. 

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

IN PERSON COLLECTION

We can offer local pickup from our Stirling office, located approximately 20 minutes from the CBD in the Adelaide Hills.

Please Note - We cannot offer try-on's during collection. 

Collection is available from Monday- Friday, between 11am-4pm. 

We will email you to advise once your order is ready. We ask that you please wait until you have received notification of your order being ready before you arrive to the office, to avoid disappointment. 

As a guide, orders are generally ready 24 hours from the order being placed. 

International Shipping

USA

All orders placed before 11am ACST will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after this time.

Some delays may be experienced during sale time or new season launches.

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders are shipped via Express Post, and generally take 5-8 business days to arrive.
